Friends Nails & Spa has received mixed reviews from customers. Some appreciate the salon's consistent quality over the years, noting that acrylic and gel nails last for weeks and often receive compliments. Despite this, some guests have enjoyed the heartfelt service and overall experience, particularly with manicures.
$29 for a pedicure;there was no hot stone used or oil on my heels. The women doing my feet went to make a phone call and had another women come and paint my nails. The salon was also no the cleanest. I will not be returning.
Been going to this salon for almost 10 years. Although the name and staff have changed a few times, the quality never disappoints.Acrylic and gel nails last for weeks before needing a fill. I always get so many compliments on my nails.
I recently had a wonderful pedicure and manicure. What amazed me though was that when I accidentally left me wedding and engagement ring there they called my friend who had made the appointment. They told her the rings were there safe and sound! I even think they cleaned them for me. THIS is a business of integrity! It is so rare to find this kind of trustworthiness.
