ARS Restoration was recommended by my insurance company, MAPFRE for project for a leak in my kitchen with mold. They worked seamlessly with the adjuster Nicole and the insurance company. The abatement team was stellar including sealing off the kitchen, removal of debris and careful removal of the cabinetry. Once that was completed then Mark the regional manager personally called me to answer any questions and told me he was assigning one of his best project managers to my case. He wasn't exaggerating on that fact. Mike Mullaly was the project manager and handled all of the project management and coordination of the work team. Mike treated my wife and I as if he was handling the job for his own family. Whether via phone, text or meeting, Mike truly listened to our questions and concerns. He always was very open and honest and his follow through was exemplary! Also, ARS used 4U Home Improvement for the rebuild, taping, carpentry and painting. The owner, Olegs and his team are top notch at their skills and professionalism.i will be using him for other future projects! Again, I highly recommend Mike, Mark and the team at ARS! They are truly a detailed, customer focused team!

I am the owner of a property management company in CT, over the years we've dealt with various mitigation companies and I can tell you hands down, ARS is at the top and particularly, Jim Brooks. When you get the alarming call from a resident that there's been a fire, flood or other catastrophic event your first reaction is you hope everyone is safe, your second reaction is to call Jim. Many years ago I contacted Jim after another restoration company arrived on a site of a major loss ill-equipped so called them off the job. We knew we needed someone out there immediately, we ended up calling Jim and I have to say...ARS saved the day and we've been using them ever since. In the unfortunate event you experience a fire, flood, mold damage, sewage back-up or such, call ARS. They'll handle everything from dealing with your insurance carrier, emergency mitigation, packing out our contents from the affected areas and restoring it to new.

Six months ago I had a 120 gallon salt water tank leak!! It caused devastating destruction!! ARS came in immediately after making a call to my insurance company!! They were all super professional!! They worked seven days per week initially to clean and dry effected areas!! Michael Mullaly was the project manager. He was an absolute delight to work with!! He always returned calls very promptly and always followed through with all our requests!! I highly recommend ARS for all your restoration needs! A+ company to deal with!!!
