I had a sewer pipe leak and big mess in my basement so basically could not use any water. They came within a few hours and spent the afternoon doing the repair needed. The office staff and crew were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Kudos to their plumber Fred! I have an old house that needs more plumbing work so I will be calling them again.

Rotorrooter wrote me a BS $8K quote based off commission hopes, and immediately dropped it to $6K when questioned. American rooter quoted me at 4500 but said I didn’t even need the pipe repair for the foreseeable future. Very happy I followed up with them, saved me money I don’t have right now.
