We had a water line leak in basement, was put in contact with American Rooter through Safety Valve. Company was responsive, and reasonable. Let me know ahead of time what wasn’t covered & what to expect financially. Their tech Chris was knowledgeable and efficient.

I had a sewer pipe leak and big mess in my basement so basically could not use any water. They came within a few hours and spent the afternoon doing the repair needed. The office staff and crew were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Kudos to their plumber Fred! I have an old house that needs more plumbing work so I will be calling them again.
