I came for Biote which I used for many years in Boston, MA... They were very attentive and took me in right away... They were very careful to read all my hormone test results before and 6 weeks into it. I found the team warm and understanding. I have no qualms recommending them for this process.... The biggest downfall is the cost of the hormone testing through Quest... They charged me $700 for the test and after 6 weeks I had to pay another $200 .... I wish there was a cheaper method of testing the hormone level
Johnny Hawthorne responded to my emergency of a huge tree falling on the center of my double wide mobile home. He was at the site within an hour with his entire crew. Sandweiss removed a 150ft+ maple tree for me in April. They were fabulous from start to finish. Their arborist, Al, was very knowledgeable and the women in the office were very helpful. The crew lead by Ossy was amazing and Ossy was top notch, so skilled, personable, and great at what he does!! The crew had great attention to detail, were highly skilled, and produced very high quality work. They were efficient, safe, and left the site with no damage. They have they right equipment for the job with machines that do not cause damage to the lawn/special plastic panels that protect the lawn and they care about the quality of their work. Very professional and skilled company with high tech equipment. I highly recommend them and thank them for a job well done!
My parents were suffering from early signs of dementia so it was becoming more and more obvious that we needed to get some kind of help so that they could continue to live at home. They were still capable of taking care of themselves but needed some help for safety reasons. The home care aide that Compassionate Care at Home assigned to our parents was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend at the very least giving them a call if you are in need of some home care assistance.
Caregivers and Companions is a wonderful company that provided the best 24/7 care for my father and because of them we were able to keep my father in his own home . Our live in caretaker (Tina ) was absolutely amazing and treated our Father like he was her own . She was so patient with him and knew exactly how to care for him . Things do change with time. I still would recommend this business but they need to get their act together and let customers know when something changes. Like increased prices…..duh! Is one supposed to just guess?? Or when they are not going to be open during the posted times. They are also not as friendly or chatty either. The service is still very good but part of servicing the customer is attitude. They need to understand that their “attitude” is part of the service and that the amount of their tip is determined by it. Otherwise you’ll just receive the standard amount, from me anyway!!
I’ve been a long time client of Quartz Nails, first going to their Hamden location. Today I had the pleasure of checking out their North Haven location which was cozy, pleasant and professional. I was greeted upon entry by friendly staff and had a great pedicure with gel polish. The staff was friendly and enjoyable to chat with.
I can’t recommend Quartz and Quartz II enough! They’re the best at what they do and their expertise ranges from basic mani and pedis to full set acrylic with nail shaping and painting that is perfect and consistent.
I’d had two previously awful experiences with one specific tech, so today’s appointments were going to be the deciding factor for me. I am SO glad i chose the technician I did (Megan)!

Lily did my basic pedicure and did a phenomenal job, and she's very nice. All staff were very nice and customer focused, and everyone's nails that I saw looked phenomenal.
I was a walk in and they took me.
When I walked in, and asked the price, a worker told me it was $30. But Lily told me it was $35, which is what I was charged, plus tax, which came to $42, the most expensive I ever paid for a basic pedicure; but I haven't had a pedicure in eight years; so the prices in the market may have changed since my last pedicure. And, Lily did a beautiful job. I was particularly happy with having smooth feet bottoms again after having the dead skin accumulation removed, and of course the nail polish looks beautiful. I chose a coral color. Hence, it was worth the money.
I was doing my own nails the past eight years, and obviously I didn't do anywhere as great a job as Lily did, so to me, again, it was worth the money.
Lily told me a basic manicure is $40. So to get both a pedicure and manicure, it is pricey in my opinion for nails, figure with tip, $100 on nails, but worth it if ya need it, the way I needed my feet bottoms smooth again, worth the money if you are going somewhere fancy, worth the money to maintain well kept nails and feet bottoms, and worth it if you can afford it, as it's a pampering experience, and I feel pampering is deserved.
And of course, they are professionals that use multiple products for the optimal results, so the results are very different then my results from what I did at home, but I am not a professional.
I saw Lily sterilize the nail tools used. This is important to me.
My feet and nails look pretty, and my coral nails go well with my summer sandals.
The salon was immaculate and a comfortable atmosphere.
I will be getting pedicures more often.

My sincere thanks to the great Rousseau Plumbing & Heating team for the prompt, courteous and professional response to my annoying issue with a toilet not flushing properly. Marcus, ably assisted by Garrett, quickly diagnosed the problem. Because the toilet is a one-piece low profile model, the parts were not on the truck. But, within a matter of minutes, they located the parts at a nearby supply warehouse. So, they dashed out to get the parts and were back to my house in a flash. They worked quickly, efficiently and NEATLY to complete the repair and were on their way, leaving behind a well-functioning toilet and a happy customer. My thanks to your dispatcher/scheduler (sorry I forgot her name) who very adeptly adjusted the schedule to get my service done the same day I called because of a cancellation by another customer. So glad I called Rousseau!
My condo tenant informed me that the hot water heater leaked and died... Rich at DeCola's was recommended by the condo property management company. Rich responded immediately, scheduled for later the same day. When I ended up stuck on the parkway behind a bad accident, Rich was able to contact property management (they know him) to gain access to the basement room in the secured building where all the water heaters are. When I arrived, technician Nick (who has been with the company for 19 years) was there already having removed the old and began installing the new hot water heater. He was polite, efficient, competent, and cleaned up thoroughly. I did verify BBB profile (A+) and plumbing licenses before calling, after having seen a scathing Google review from an apparent troll. I don't leave many reviews, but based on the excellent service I received, it was the right thing to do. I will be having some other work done at my house and will update my review if anything changes.

We had a been hive outside the baby's nursery and we discovered one morning that the bees were making their way inside! We panicked and called a bunch of pest control places. Rich from SK responded the quickest and was able to come that same day. The bees were gone within 2 days and have not come back. He even gave us tips on how to fill the hole they were in and to prevent this happening in the future.
I have worked with Executive Landscaping since 2008 as a Facilities Manager at ExxonMobil's plant in Cantonment, Fl. and have employed their expertise at our new facility at Gateway Church of Christ on Creighton Road. I want to thank Executive for a fantastic staff with a pleasant atmosphere to the customers. I know resources are hard to build and keep, but that has never been an issue with Executive. Great job and that is why I have maintained a relationship with them.

Kendra at the front desk went completely aboveboard to accommodate me for a same day visit after a weekend accident. Sarah, the nurse/medical assistant was a ray of sunshine and happiness all the way through my intake before meeting Dr. Metzger. I didn’t wait more than 5 minutes to be seen by the doctor, who was engaging, completely thorough in my initial assessment before treating me. He knew exactly what and where and had me out of there feeling 80% better in exactly 1 hour! I look forward to my follow up visit to conclude my treatment in 2 days. This is now my Chiropractic office and I will recommend them to EVERYONE!

I took my fur baby to this place not trusting to many of the vets out there . The young lady at the front desk with tattoos, I believe her name was Megan. She did such a great job answering my questions and calming not only me down but also my dog! He's not around other people much so he's anxious. Something about her reassured him I guess because he went right with her. She went above and beyond to make me feel better and comfortable. I knew I made the right choice 2 minutes into our interaction. Just wanted to say ty to her for going above and beyond her job description!
We've been going to Ridgehill Animal Hospital since 1997, so we feel we truly know this place well, and we're happy with the care given. We especially love Stacy at the front desk, she's kind beyond kind, and we love Dr. Moruzzi, she is a treasure, she's unbelievably knowledgeable, skilled, patient and kind. We adore her, she's taken care of our pets for almost ten years now. We just got a new puppy and she has given us excellent care as always. She made her spay surgery with hernia repair an easy experience and recovery for our puppy. She also took care of our love, our Coco, who was the best girl, she was a rescue, she was up in age, and Dr. DiLeone cured her Mast cell tumor, and later Dr. Moruzzi kept her well for years with Cushing disease, she also repaired Coco's knee with a TPLO surgery that was a complete success!! Sadly, yesterday at 15+, we had to say goodbye to our Coco, she developed a heart murmur that caused a stroke, it was time, a decision that broke us to make, we had to rely on a vet we didn't know, over the holiday week, but we have to give a huge thank you to Dr. Everett!!! She is incredible, she told us what we needed to know to make the right decision, she stayed with us through the whole process, she gave us time to grieve, to say goodbye as a family, and she did it with great knowledge, compassion and love. We will always be grateful for her, she was like an angel of mercy who walked into the room and held our hands through it all, making sure that our baby was given a graceful and painless experience as she went to the other side. She was held by her whole family, and had love and respect around her the entire time. We should all be so lucky to have a final send off like that!! Thank you to these angels for keeping our girl healthy and happy through the years, and thank you for helping her in the end too, the team at Ridgehill were part of protecting a beautiful life and we are grateful.
I see some reviews where people complained about waiting for their visit. In 2022 Dr. Mendillo spent a lot of time with our less than 6 year old Boxer Mel when it was time to euthanize him. His mast cell tumor was ginormous and infected and my husband and I were having a difficult time saying good bye. Dr. Mendillo and Courtney were absolutely wonderful with our boy. I will never complain about waiting now that I know how they spend their time. We have two 11 month old Boxers and they are under Dr. Mendillo's care.

Sammi is currently helping me stretch out my shoulders and my hips. Im already noticing a big improvement in motion. I have been going to Sammi for massage off and on for 5 years now. I have not found any one better. Sammy has a big heart and you can’t help but feel you made a new friend when you first meet her. The best!!!!!!!!!!!!?
