She is welcoming and easy to talk to, and she really listens with intention when you share about your problem areas. Reliable Paving just completed installing my new driveway, and it looks amazing! They removed the old driveway, and put in a processed gravel base, and 4" of asphalt in about 4 hours -right at the end of the paving season on 11/22/24.
Andrew, the company owner was on site the entire time, and operated both the bobcat to remove the old driveway and the paving box to apply the new asphalt. You can easily tell that he is very experienced at this. He had a crew of 9 guys who were always working. Everything was well cleaned up before they left too. Jeremy was another guy on the crew who made sure that I was happy with the work and had no questions.
They did miss putting in a small piece of the curbing, but they sent a guy back on Monday to resolve that, which was to my complete satisfaction. That alone tells you everything you need to know about this company! Things can happen, but it's how you handle them that matters the most to a customer.
I'd be remiss if I didn't mention my first contact with their company -Mike the estimator. He put the job together, explained everything that they would do in detail, and gave me a good price for 3,000 sq feet of new driveway.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company, or to use them again for a paving project.

These guys really know their stuff when it comes to lawn and soil science, and their customer service is excellent. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to have or maintain a beautiful lawn in east Connecticut, give them a try and you will not be disappointed!
