Scammed us and many others. Run, don’t walk away from this contractor!

Joe installed a fence at our house over the summer. He was great to deal with. His crew was very professional and worked really hard the entire day. So after the install I noticed one of the panels was bowed, the crew tried to stretch the panel to fit between the post, and the screws broke due to this (I’m an architect and building official- I know what I’m talking about). I spoke w Joe about this and he told me the personal issue he’s dealing with. Joe is a hard worker and I truly feel for him, but we paid good money for the fence and wanted a simple repair of the compromised panel. No return calls or text. Joe and his crew did a phenomenal job on our fence. He was extremely professional and he and his crew were beyond accommodating. We couldn’t be happier with the quality work of work, the communication. The overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend Nero Fencing!
