Over the last 4+ years I have relied on Mr. Rooter several times to clear my clogged kitchen sink. They have been responsive, timely, professional and reliable. I really could not ask for more. I have a bigger plumbing project coming up and I won't hesitate to reach out for their help! They get an A+ for sure.
A++ company that I cannot say enough good things about! We are in the process of finishing our basement and were in a major pickle as our contractor wanted to start but our basement was seeing the most water we've seen since we bought it in 2018. Our contractor and I researched and called several companies that could install basement footing drains. Tyler from Mr. Rooter was at our house within a day and said we could begin installation in two weeks. He could see how upset I was that our basement project would be at a complete standstill for two weeks so he promised he'd do the best he could to move that up. Amazing place. Had an emergency on a Sunday. They were the only place able to get us a plumber that day. He was super respectful , knowledgeable and helpful. Got us fixed up and will def use them again in the future
