Excellent experience with Dependable when my central AC failed during a hot stretch. They came the same day when other companies were booked for over a week with other emergencies. The tech was friendly, efficient, and explained everything to me. Very happy to have found these guys!
Responded quickly. Correctly diagnosed the reasons for the heating problem. Effectively fixed it. Very personable and very willing to answer questions and convey knowledge. Reasonable pricing. Definitely my preferred HVAC company!
Dependable live up to their name. I called them on a holiday weekend when I realized I had run out of oil. Not only did Tom come to fill our tank, he did an inspection and had to call in a service tech. I was so surprised that he was also able to come out on a weekend. I am so thankful for them. Other than needing them for emergencies, they always answer their phones and deliver quickly. We also have our annual service with them and they’re great.
