My husband & I just purchased a new wood stove from the Trading Post. They are amazing people, very knowledgeable and with excellent customer service! When they didn’t have a model on their sales floor that we wanted to see, they had no issue referring us to other business that might — a true sign they wanted us to find the best stove for us, not just push a sale. We ended up ordering through them and every step was pleasant. They even called us after to see how install went, and if we had any questions or concerns. I cannot recommend them enough! If you need to buy a stove, Trading Post is the place to go.
The Trading Post is beyond compare if you are in search of any of their products. I would recommend them to anyone. I replaced a Vigilant Stove that I purchased from them over 25+ years ago. Their recommendation of the Defiant stove is perfect for my home. With the cold weather recently, it is on 24/7. I am so impressed with the capability and improvements offered in. this newer wood-stove. Everyone at the Trading Post offered first class service, they answered all my questions with kindness.
