“Graham is an amazing trainer. I have worked with him in training two Shepherds over the years. Graham develops gentle and patient individual training methodologies customized to the client. Each of my Shepherds had very different training needs. The first was a difficult rescue that needed significant socialization and the second a talented kennel dog with little obedience training. Not only were the training programs very successful, but also each dog were excited to see Graham each week. I totally recommend Graham for all levels of training!“

Empire State K9 Services Pet Boarding Training

“Rick and the staff at Empire K9 were very effective at training our dog. Toby was a good dog prior to dog training but after being at Empire for a couple weeks, he came back as the dog I’ve always wanted. The training process is very logical and deliberate.I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I suggest that anyone wanting their dog trained to contact Empire K9 Services.“

“I truly have to say that as a pet parent with somewhat difficult dogs, this experience was fantastic. We take a family trip every year; and had a place that our animals loved going to for years. Unfortunately they has closed due to Covid and we were forced to take our dogs elsewhere. Last year we brought them to a different kennel- my animals were NOT the same when we got them back and I felt defeated, broken and sad that I had put my faith in them and they changed my dogs for the worst. I had written off kennels; I was considering having my family come from out of state just so my "kids" didn't have to go through that again. Well as fate would have it, none of my family was available to watch the dogs while we were away. I had to find somewhere I felt comfortable; and truly after last years experience I didn't feel comfortable with anyone. I stumble upon Cassio which is very far from our home. But something about it; told me to give them a try. I called asked if they had availability- conveniently they did. I was walked through the process- let them know I was nervous and how my dogs "are". The staff was informative, helpful, kind and understanding. They do a "trial" to make sure everyone is comfortable first. The trial went very well. I was shocked. Our dogs just spent the last 6 days at Cassio and they came back to us in the same condition we left them in, high spirits and happy; no missing nails, no metal on their teeth from trying to escape, no fear stricken look in their eyes; just happy, playful dogs. My heeler was actually referred to as a "good boy" by someone other than me;for the first time. It did not by any means feel like the staff were trying to blow smoke- I really felt that they were able to connect with him; which doesn't happen, not at the groomer the vet or with anyone. My pit; who is nervous around new people and places was happy. Neither dog looked like they were "happy to be out of there" like the last place. They just seemed genuinely happy to see us. Thank you so much for loving our dogs the way we do. We will definitely be using Cassio next year. - Rooster and Repos mom“

Pleasant Paws Pet Center Pet Boarding Training

“Had very good experiences at Mt Pleasant Hospital and Pleasant Paws Pet Center. My older dog was seen by Dr K who took very good care of my old pal. I’ve never been pushed into doing unneeded tests. Prices were reasonable. They even took a cute pic of him once and posted it on their social media. All the staff have been excellent as well. Loved Angie at front desk.“
