“I started treatment for my vein issues in my legs in December. I had one leg with lots of spider veins and my ankle was always swollen. After treatment, the swelling in that ankle is gone and I still need to go for my injections. I love the staff and Dr. Ashfar is funny and always follows up with me to make sure I’m okay after an appointment. Oh and the scheduling lady is a doll. Newtown Office.“

“As usual the visit was flawless and the staff bent over backwards to help my disabled wife. Sad to see Dr Casden retire but it is deserved. He was like family to my family especially my daughter who had early eye problems May he enjoy his golden years with his real family“

“The doctors and medical assistants are very compassionate and professional. The office staff not so much. For my first appointment, I was not given any paperwork or instructions prior to my appointment. I was not prepped for a 2 hour appointment. Major failure in communication. Upon arriving, I checked in with a receptionist that was half wearing a mask and proceeded to sniffle and wipe her nose with her hand and then handle my documents! Absolutely gross! Either wear the mask or take it off. Half measures are useless.“

“I had an appointment in December to get a rapid antigen test as a requirement for overseas travel. Unfortunately, their booking system had something wrong with it, and consequently many people showed up at once, with similar appointment time slots. The line was out the door and down the hallway. Most people were patient, and just waited until the bottleneck had eased up. One young guy was doing his best to book people in, and take their details. There was one angry customer - there always is. He was self-centered and raised his voice, and thought his time was more important than everyone else's. The young lady doing the tests was overwhelmed. Her name is Margaret. She said she was going to accommodate every single person that showed up. I don't know where her manager was, but shame on them for not stepping up and helping her out. I know that she worked very late that day without a break, and the next day also, which was a Saturday. I know that because she took the time to text me late in the evening and the next day regarding my and my husband's test results. Aside from the scheduling mix-up, it was a convenient location to get tested, and a pleasant waiting area. My review of 5 stars is for Margaret, not the management.“
