I had a good experience with this company a number of years ago, so I contacted the owner Dan Fedorchek, when I again had a need for roofing repairs. He came over, gave me some honest advice regarding materials and cost, and proceeded to make some measurements for an estimate he promised to email shortly. When I didn't get his estimate as promised, I assumed he had the wrong email, so I gave me my email address again. I called and left a message. I texted. I called his cell and his business numbers and even tried to contact him via his web page. These attempts were spread out over a period of months. Ghosted.
