“I recently had a cool peel, laser treatment at Dermatologist Associates of Western Connecticut. I really didn't know what to expect so when I woke up the next morning and my face was red and swollen I became very nervous something was wrong and called the office. To my surprise, Emma the office coordinator called me back right away. She spent so much time talking to me, calming me down telling me what to expect and just being a reassuring voice that everything I was going through was completely normal. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant return phone call. On the following Monday Emma called just to make sure I did well over the weekend. Emma was so kind and made my experience with Dermatologist Associates a great one. I would highly recommend this office, Dr. Eickhorst who did an amazing Cool Peel and of course Emma.“
