I highly recommend Claris. In 2021 we contracted them for a design and build of a 48,000 square foot addition to the Connecticut Spring & Stamping building at 48 Spring Lane, Farmington, CT. They were fantastic to work with. Complete transparency through the construction process during Covid. The project was completed under budget and ahead of schedule. Quality and finishing details were were excellent! We will definitely use them again, as the need arises.

Claris took a dream and made it into a perfect reality. My ideas were brought to life with professionalism and enthusiasm. I was included in each step through weekly meetings, daily phone calls and email communications. Claris was always looking for the best and most cost-effective way to complete each task. Their design build concept puts all the moving parts of the project in one place, and this led to a seamless process from start to finish. After 5 years, I continue to walk into the building with great satisfaction and appreciation for all of Claris' hard work and dedication to making the project come to life. I could not be happier.
