I truly have to say that as a pet parent with somewhat difficult dogs, this experience was fantastic. We take a family trip every year; and had a place that our animals loved going to for years. Unfortunately they has closed due to Covid and we were forced to take our dogs elsewhere. Last year we brought them to a different kennel- my animals were NOT the same when we got them back and I felt defeated, broken and sad that I had put my faith in them and they changed my dogs for the worst. This is the place where I currently board my dogs when we travel and where I take them for grooming. The facility seems very clean and well organized. In the past, when I asked for a tour of the boarding area, they facilitated it. I was able to go in, with a staff member, and ask questions about their routines, safety features, etc. The staff members are competent and friendly. I trust them.
Always an easy experience. They communicate well. I’ve been taking my two dogs here for a couple of years now and we’ve always had a good experience. I guess I wish they were more excited to see me when I pick them up? ??♂️ 10/10would reccomend to a friend.
