Not happy at all with this location. Been having issues as far as getting the right medical information documented. They've given me paper work of other patients a total of 3 times when going to get blood work done for my daughter's. They never like to answer their phones.

Doctors are great but the receptionist need some training!!! Proper phone etiquette and accurately scheduling appointments are just a few to start with. Once Lucy from nb retired, it just gets worse and worse. I’ve attended starlings since I was a child and now my daughter has attended for 14 years. I think it’s time to find a new office.

Beware of this office: 10 years ago this office was awesome, when Dr. Rideal was running the office. After he left this office went down hill. Today is Monday 9/18/23 and at 9am no one picks up the phone. They have high turnover staff and they send patients to the New Britain office when they have no coverage. The staff at New Britain are rude and obnoxious. The office manager is aweful and very mean in New Britain.
