The worst lab ever super long line very slow technicians change very often and they not good at all

My husband & I attempted to have routine blood drawn last week. We arrived 45 minutes before they were closing for lunch. There were 4 other people waiting to be called in. Several people from the doctors waiting room were called, but no one from the lab waiting room. One lady told us she had been waiting for 2 1/2 hours, it is now 12:25, she knocks on the window they did agree to take her, but told the rest of us to just wait until they reopened after lunch. We walked out, today we went to the lab in Wethersfield, what a difference. Very little wait time, staff was very professional, with a positive attitude. I use this location for my PCP and to get blood drawn at the adjacent lab. The wait is not too bad for the doctors but the lab can be hit or miss. One time you may be the only one waiting and the next time you're spending close to an hour standing because they've removed most of the chairs (due to COVID). Obviously that's not their fault but it might help to have more than one phlebotomist on staff.
