Absolutely horrible experience never will I go there again.They don't know what they're doing when they're drawing blood i was in there for over an hour and walked out with a lot of bruises on my arms for nothing i highly recommend anybody not to go there!!!!!!!

Horrible,horrible process. I’m tired of hearing the young lady is by her self. To take 1 hour for 2 people is INSANELY unacceptable. I have blood work at quest and it’s like an in and out oil change service. Something has to change.

My husband & I attempted to have routine blood drawn last week. We arrived 45 minutes before they were closing for lunch. There were 4 other people waiting to be called in. Several people from the doctors waiting room were called, but no one from the lab waiting room. One lady told us she had been waiting for 2 1/2 hours, it is now 12:25, she knocks on the window they did agree to take her, but told the rest of us to just wait until they reopened after lunch. We walked out, today we went to the lab in Wethersfield, what a difference. Very little wait time, staff was very professional, with a positive attitude.
