CC did my Russian Volume lashes last week and WOW, I AM IN LOVE! She was so welcoming as soon as I arrived and made sure I was comfortable before my “lash nap”. I can only describe her lashing as the most gentle, “fairy like” touch. I could barely feel her placing my lashes which was amazing! I was able to fully relax under her professional approach and down to earth, calming demeanor. After my nap, she wanted to make sure I loved her handiwork before sealing the lashes in which was like a cherry on top of my incredible service! My second time at Scarlett's. I've been getting my lashes done for years and decided to give volume lashes a try. I have to say that they are fabulous 😍 and the retention has been the best I've ever had. If I could only spend money on ONE beauty procedure, it would be hands down L A S H E S.....
