Heath is a very solid barber and does a great job. Traditional style cuts, doesn't rush through your haircut and ensures you are satisfied. A lot of barbers out there spend all their time "fading" and don't spend much time with scissors and don't know how to use scissors. Heath does traditional tapers and fades but also knows how to use scissors very well.

I used Modern Barber for years under the Mazzoccolis and always got a consistent cut, but I fell out of the habit while in college. For most of my adult life, I used big box hair shops but there was no consistency and it was frustrating. I tried some of the new flight of barber shops but found them to be greatly overpriced and aimed at a much younger, more urban crowd. Those shops often make it known that I'm not welcome within seconds of entering the shop, even if they don't *say* anything to that effect. Today was the first time I got my haircut here and it came out great. I have been using Great Clips the past few years, but the cut that Heath gave me looks way sharper than what I used to get. Wife was very happy as well.
