We’ve worked with Ron and team on two projects so far with another one in the works. We have an older home that poses a lot of challenges, but Ron takes the time to explain options, what to expect in the process and keeps us up to date on next steps. We’ve been thrilled with the work by Mainville Construction which has included new windows and doors as well as completely rebuilding our entryway in a style that matched original trim on our 1925 home. We will definitely continue to work with Ron and his team!
Ron and his team did a super job with a small room addition very much in keeping with the mid-century style of the home. The quality of the construction is very good. When an unexpected issue arose, his response was quick and the problem was soon resolved. It was great to work with Ron and his associates.
Working with Ron, Paul and his crew was a pleasure! I contacted Ron about a new pressure treated deck late in the summer and he came out to take a look, measure, and provide an initial estimate. After we signed, we had a new deck in a months time! Everything went very smoothly and the deck looks beautiful. The attention to detail and craftsmanship, even on a basic rectangular deck, was greatly appreciated. Another positive, if you go the pressure treated route, they use kiln dried wood so you could theoretically stain right after it’s done too!
