John’s Zumba classes are amazing! His positive energy is infectious, the playlist is great and it was honestly a really good workout! I love how this gym is more low key than others in the area but actually has the best energy.

As a Healthtrax member for over 14 years I say bring back the hot tub!!Wanted to compliment new staff member Mike. He is very friendly to everyone and brings back the laid back vibe Newington is best known for.
