“I hired New England Property Pros to replace some rotted out ball valves in my plumbing system and install a freeze-proof outdoor spigot. ?️ Billy and his crew were super professional! Billy came out ahead of the job (since it wasn't an emergency) and pre-planned what he needed in order to fix the issues. He kept in touch with me ahead of our appointment, showed up on time. ⌚ Gave me a couple different prices solutions so I could make a decision based on my budget. His prices were reasonable enough that I went with just opting for the best possible solution because it was still affordable. ? I ended up with good quality valves replaced, an extra shut off valve added for safety and a new spigot that makes it much easier to use my hose and water my garden. They say all HVAC guys and plumbers are grumpy: not the case here. Not only was Billy a kind soul to work with, but being a smaller home - I was able to hear him treat his employees with respect while (like any good boss) he took opportunities during the job to share and discuss their work and mentor them. This is what tradework is about folks: high quality work, clear communication, not price gouging people - acting like a professional. I guess the name New England Property Pros is a description that fits! Will be using them again. ???

“Recently moved into a newish home in Norwich CT from out of state. Bought the property sight unseen so we were expecting a few "situations" to pop up. 3 months post move-in, we discovered termites working their way through the framework around an exterior garage door. Jesse came over to assess the damage and then advise. Extremely prompt. Extremely courteous and professional. He worked alongside us to come up with a plan to replace the door. Established a budget with us. Worked through every conceivable angle to overcome the termite problem, and he even advised how to flex the budget where it might extend us too far. We pulled materials, and he was back within the week. New door installed within hours. Tight; well built. Complete improvement to the entryway ... AND used synthetic materials over wood. Area around entry cleaned and cleared. All detritus hauled away. Jesse (and Mr. Handyman - (as Cody was also very considerate and prompt with scheduling)) truly went above and beyond installing solid product and helping overcome all issues.“
