I called and Brett scheduled me right away. He's reliable and detail-oriented. He did the job promptly and purchased everything that was needed so I didn't need to think about it. Brett's attention to detail far surpasses any other professional handyman I have ever worked with. I would recommend Factotum to anyone looking to get the job done right... the first time. He also happens to be an amazing mountain biking instructor!

Factotum came over in a pinch and switched out a broken exterior door. Repaired my gutters and put a fence up. Brett worked with me on the cost and the quality of gis work is too notch.
