He took time to educate us as to why things were being done a certain way and gave us progress updates along the way. In addition to communicating the aspects and progress of the project, we found Bill and his staff to be extremely neat and professional. Often you could not tell that major work had been done as his crew did such a great job cleaning up at days end. The finished product is simply amazing. It is hard to believe that an unusable space was transformed into such a functional and inviting room...having far exceeded our expectations. We would use Bill and Quality Built Basements again and recommend him to everyone we know.“

“We hired Rocco to do a big job on our back yard. This included putting in a retaining wall, regrading of the yard / topsoil, fixing pavers and patio slate, and putting in sod. He and his company did an excellent job with everything. Rocco himself was responsive to calls and questions, checked up on us as needed and finished the job in a very timely fashion. We have now hired Rocco's to do our regular lawn maintenance for fertilizing, etc. We highly recommend Rocco's Landscaping!“

“My understanding is they do many different job types but specialize in siding and roofing. The previous owner of my home had siding put over the old wood shingle and it left a huge gap between the siding and foundation going all the way around. So I had A LOT OF MICE that learned to enter the home by burrowing under the siding. I called Yargueta and they made me custom color matched trim on site that fit better than a glove to seal the gaps going around the house. It makes the siding look a bit cleaner AND they corrected some issues left by the previous installer for me. They showed up as promised, very responsive, and completed the job to my satisfaction. Additionally, I felt that Yony/Tony is a very good man, he was super friendly, a pleasure to talk to, and professional-- he just radiates genuine positive energy all around. Thank you Yargueta!“
