He educated us with a brief history of the LG refrigerator and their compressors, The compressor was our problem, but the cost of replacing it ($1,376) didn't make sense for a 12-year-old refrigerator. His confirmation of what we suspected all along really made our decision easy. And the $133 service call was well worth that knowledge. I can not recommend him highly enough.
