Professional, caring, empathetic. Three words I use to describe the staff at Valley Vet Hospital in New Milford, CT. They used SUCH care when we had to let our sweet kitty go over the rainbow bridge. We had our own room, I sang to her and they let us take the time to say goodbye and hold her little body as we cried. We've brought our other cats to Valley Vet and have always received the best care for them.
Everyone is great to deal with here and my dog is comfortable with their environment. They don’t make you wait weeks to get your animal seen and they have timely response with following up with their patients.
Dr Mackay has been awesome working with my dog issues. So glad I made the switch!!
We have 5 cats that are all seen here everyone on the staff is amazing
We have a boy who's had health issues since adoption and they always fit us in for him then follow up with calls and texts to check on him
