“I've been going to PTSMC for a few weeks now. I'm very impressed. They're friendly; I am greeted by everyone when I walk in. The gym is immaculate, and the equipment is in excellent condition. My therapist is Dan. He is great! Always mindful of what causes me pain and works to minimize it while still working to help me make progress. He always explains each exercise so I know why I'm doing it and how it will help me. He's attentive so I don't spend more than a few minutes after I finish my sets before he's back to set me up for the next exercise. I'm being treated for a back problem, and I'm making progress already in minimizing pain and improving function. The aides are also attentive and knowledgeable about the exercises. All Dan has to do is name an exercise, and the aides get me set up and working ( I work with Lexi most often). I've had to do a lot of physical therapy in my lifetime, and I'm very impressed with PTSMC. I highly recommend them.“
