Housatonic Habitat for Humanity has recently renovated several homes in the New Milford region and used Northeast Carpet & Flooring each time. They have been responsive, professional and very generous with their time and talent. We are fortunate to have them in our community and appreciate their ongoing support of our Habitat for Humanity mission. Joe and has team are a pleasure to work with.
I always thought that we had an elegant foyer staircase. But after Joe and his team replaced the runner, elegant took on a whole new meaning. Attached are the before and after pictures. Some companies install carpet, Northeast creates art with their carpets.
Our experience working with Joe and Elizabeth has been first rate, from start to finish. We had a lot of questions before during and after installation and they were smart, responsive (and patient!) throughout. Also, the carpet installers they sent to our house were highly professional and did a great job. Northeast is a well-run company and a pleasure to do business with.
