After suffering with a wet leaky basement for years, it was time to get it all fixed.Enter stage right…Cesar. What a find! This was our second project with him. While excavators dug to our foundation outside, Cesar was creating a gem inside. His attention to detail is impeccable. Simply, he does what he says and more! Cesar is creative at solving complex problems while his craftsmanship is top notch. He was always punctual and kept his commitments.Several job additions didn’t even faze him. Cesar is very easy to talk to and a true professional. He has great ideas and created the deck we always dreamed of.
