EVOLVE Yoga Wellness Nutrition is a welcoming yoga studio located in New Milford village center. It offers a variety of yoga classes for all levels, led by talented and caring instructors. The studio also features a beautiful and spacious environment with ample room to practice. EVOLVE is committed to providing a positive and uplifting yoga experience through creative routines, playlists, and special events. In addition to yoga, the studio offers nutrition counseling and community service, aiming to enrich the lives of its students and the community.
Gorgeous studio & I love the variety of classes. Soul flow is a favorite. The new owner, Elora, has completely revamped this studio. I highly recommend Evolve Yoga. The free monthly class is good karma.
I have been taking Kundalini Yoga with Lisa Mendillo. She quickly gets you comfortable and engaged, as she explains the benefits, breathing, body and muscle control of each movement. Beautiful Mantras are played as you chant along and learn the special words and meanings. When I leave class, I feel "light and lifted".
