We have used Bennett & Cole for over 7 years and have been consistently satisfied with the service. Jeff is friendly, trustworthy, and extremely responsive. Over the years I've had to reach out at inconvenient times (nights, weekends, and when he's been on vacation), and Jeff always gets back to me immediately and rectifies whatever problem I'm having. He and Jim do excellent work on our system and always take the time to talk things through and explain everything to me. As this is my first house with well water, it was a big learning curve, but I'm confident that our system is in great hands with Bennett & Cole.
Bennett & Cole is the absolute best! I am so grateful that they were recommended to me after many very expensive problems with other water companies. They have serviced my home's water system for years and resolved my iron issues. They are trustworthy, fairly priced, and incredibly responsive. Having Jeff take care of my home's water provides me with peace of mind knowing he is on top of the salt and maintenance schedule and it's one less thing for me to manage. He is also very friendly and its always nice to see him when he comes to my home! You can't find a better company to work with.
