2020 has continually provided outstanding customer service from the office to the field! Phone calls are answered promptly and professionally. The office worked patiently with us as we had to change appointments a few times due to unforeseen circumstances. Stephen, the technician who came to service our heat pumps, was polite and incredibly well-informed about our units. We were impressed with his depth of knowledge. We had dealt with 2 disappointing HVAC companies prior to finding this company and 2020 is an absolute pleasure to work with. They leave everyone else in the dust!

Stephen is a pro. He is very kind, completely up front and honest about everything. He diagnosed two issues for me, and had everything taken care of so fast. When I need to call again for service, I will definitely ask if he’s available.
