I had an issue with my car where all my lights came on and Secor was able to get me in right away for an appt. They took great care of my car, treated me with so much professionalism and had the car done for me within hours. Very appreciative of their service and will def be back!
They are always competent and professional. However, twice when I called about a problem I was told I had to bring the car in to have the issue resolved yet when I called a different service provider I was given a simple fix over the phone!
Very satisfied with the service at Secor Subaru, from the reception area to the shuttle service and work done on my Subaru Legacy. As a female with very limited knowledge of the automotive repair field, as well as having limited funds for repairs, it can be somewhat intimidating walking in any service garage for repairs and maintenance. It is my decision to have any future oil changes, etc. at Secor. Looking forward to the opportunity to give them a 5 star rating as a result of future satisfying experiences.
