Unfortunately they are way underfunded and understaffed. They are wonderful, kind, professional animal control officers that have dedicated their lives to the mission that they uphold to 24-hour job. I am so very grateful for them ??️

We called these facility after we watched a beautiful young dog get neglected by her owners every day. Poor thing was on a 3 ft rope, water/food bowls empty. Defacating on the porch, and outside for whole days in a row. Worst of all is these heartless people walked by her and she would get so excited, but they wouldn't even give her a pat on the head.We knew the New London Animal Control was a good place; we've donated there for years, they always need things. Steve was a great Animal Control Officer along with Michael. I can say that the facility they have is top of the line.The New London Police Department took care of them well. If you're looking to adopt a dog this is the place.
