I'm fully recommending Bartol heating and cooling to everyone. Joe returned my call within minutes and right away, I was comfortable talking with him. My boiler was older and stopped working. Workers showed up 30 minutes later to inspect the boiler. I needed a new one. Joe was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He and his team did an excellent job replacing my boiler. I'm so appreciative of the hard work and time that you guys took to take care of my family.
I live about 3 hours from my elderly mother and helping her with things isn't always as easy as I wish it could be. Last summer my mom had an issue with her AC, so she called the local Depot and two days later a person came out. Without even looking at anything told her she needed a new system and quoted over $13,000. Her neighbor called Bartol for her. The manager, Joe, came out, met with my mom, offered a free "Diagnostic Visit" , found it had a bad fan motor and the next day had the system working for $850.!! Two months ago my mom wanted to turn on her gas fireplace and was having dificulty so she called Joe (yes! he had given her his cell number!!). Although it was a Saturday evening he assured her they would be by on Monday. It was simple, she forgot to turn on the wall switch first. Bartol insisted there would be no charge for this visit. It is very comforting to know that there are people and companies like this out there.
