Josh, the service technician, came out promptly and within the window specified by Roto-Rooter dispatch. He was personable, professional, informative, and listened to all my concerns and solved my problem very quickly. Our entire main sewer line in the house was clogged. After showing Josh the 2 mainline sewer clean-outs, he further assessed the situation, and then proceeded to the exact spot that needed to be utilized to remedy the situation. He then cleared the blockage, cleaned up, and was on his way. I would highly recommend Josh and his Stratford, CT office and will call them/him again if needed.“
