Sales rep was awesome! I asked which glasses he would recommend for me and he literally picked the best pair of glasses for my face in the first try. I spent a long time at another store trying to find something decent and had no luck. First try and I got a pair of glasses that look amazing for my face shape. Thanks!
Warby-Parker had fabulous selection of eyeglass frames. I was looking for contemporary frames that were well fitted and stylish, with an affordable price. Warby-Parker met each of my requirements! The assistance was very knowledgeable, polite, and so gracious. I will definitely return for future purchases.
The optometrist and tech were really lovely. If you go on a Saturday, the wait is longer, but everyone was very kind and helpful. Straightforward process and a good selection of frames.
