Very happy with the service at the New Haven store. I had tried the online ordering option but nothing was great on me so I went in to try frames with different nose bridges so they wouldn’t make a line across my nose. The team helped me find key hole bridges, and I ended up ordering a regular pair and sunglasses. I got one in the mail and they were loose so I went in and it took their team less than 10 minutes to mold the frames to hang correctly on my face. Very pleasant experiences two or three weeks apart and felt compelled to review because that’s not always normal these days!
