I was referred to Dr Volker after suffering an eye injury that left me visually impaired in my right eye. I had my appointment with her in January of 2024. I thought I had made clear prior to, that I was seeking to have a cosmetic soft lens for my eye, but when I arrived they had the thick lens there for me to try. I have been a patient of Dr Volker since she started practice. She is the best eye doctor I have ever had. She is personable, thorough and very good at getting me the right prescription. I am 82 years old and I have had contacts for 42 years. I also have kerataconus in my right eye and it's corrected beautifully.

I was diagnosed with kerataconus in my early twenties and went to several doctors before I was referred to Doctor Volker. She had just started to practice when I began seeing her. Thanks to this wonderful woman and her incredible technician Deb, I have had a pair of contact lenses that have fit me nearly perfectly for the past nine years. After struggling with my vision before being diagnosed, it was scary to hear that I had an eye condition that couldn't be corrected with glasses.
