Great staff and attention to detail with the haircut. Came as a walk-in and Geo made space in between appointments, which was incredibly kind and am very happy with the haircut! Will come again.

Valentina took the time to understand what I wanted, gave constructive feedback about my haircare regimen, and was super encouraging about my choices. a special shoutout to Carmelo who made signing up easy and fun. this is THE spot for haircare in New Haven ?

Just had a cut with Valentina, and she was fantastic! I'm not great at explaining what I'm looking for, and she did an excellent job asking clarifying questions and making suggestions based on my hair type. She explained what was possible now (I've been growing my hair out, and some of the shorter layers still aren't there yet), and what she projected the rest of the process would probably look like for continuing to grow it out. Highly recommend :-)
