Warning: If you are concerned about being in a grocery store and opt to use pick up service, be very, very careful and check your bank account. On 1/3 after spending 45 min. submitting a big on line order, I arrived at the confirmed (yes, confirmed) store, day and time. Zero for me-no record, no groceries. Called the manager of the pick up service. No help-no information-no ideas and certainly no apology. Fortunately, the order was saved on the website, so I re-ordered and selected 1/6 for pick up. I needed a few things while I was in the area and decided to stop in and although I found everything I needed and it was well organized. The part I didn't find pleasing was the personnel and it is like that as well in Wallingford. I chalk the up to bad management both on the stores level and district level. The little charlatans need to be trained better and maybe Management is actually lazier than the employees. I've seen the store managers at the Wallingford location and they could care less about helping you. And this place seems like a carbon copy. Sorry we are inconveniencing you all.
