Miriam’s haircuts are the best in town. I have been following her for the past 15 years. The short haircuts are always so stylish and easy to maintain. The longer haircuts are so sexy. She gets it right!
This is a big shout out for Miriam! I keep coming back for her man cut - her haircut finally made me look the way I want to look, the way I feel. I have a celebrity artist who cuts my hair in another country I travel to and whenever I go there he compliments my hairdresser in New Haven. And Miriam is also a wonderful human being: I simply enjoy my visits for her efficient, classy cut and her stories about her life. H.H.
I've gotten my hair cut with Alexis twice. Both times, she did a great job. She worked with precision, took her time to make everything even, and was great company for the duration of the haircut. I brought a picture of what I wanted done and she was able to match it perfectly while working with my hair's natural shape and texture. Alexis also gave me tons of tips on how to keep my hair healthy. It is clear that she is super knowledgeable about the science and art of hair. Lastly, I was shocked by how reasonable the prices are at Phil's! To get a carefully done haircut + a blowout and styling for only $55 in this economy is amazing! I will definitely be coming back.
