Meghan in Customer service is excellent. This was my first time using Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning. My air conditioning was not working during the high temperatures in May and they came right out. The HVAC workers were courteous, and polite and didn’t leave until my air condition unit was working.
They even offered to take their boots off while coming into my home.
I highly recommend.

Courteous and caring staff for me as a new customer. I think it was Megan who answered the phone. I told her I had an emergency as my heating system was down. She said she’d call the technician about his availability.She called back and said Malik could come between 2 and 4 pm. He called me around 2 pm to confirm I was home and said he would be here in half an hour.Malik is courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He checked out the heating system and got it working again.Getting a company here on short notice that I had not used before was a home run. This was my first time using their services. I dealt with Meagan over the phone who was very courteous, nice, and efficient. Every time I needed to reach her, she was easily reachable and on top of things. She sent out Malik as the Service Technician. He was on time, super nice, knowledgable, thorough, careful, and considerate. I mention him by name, because he was really great. If all their technicians are of similar caliber and work-ethics, they are a great company. I will request Malik for my next service call.Service: A/C system maintenance
