Definitely look elsewhere. This is a lovely group of people, but it really is a very poor service. We asked for our place to be cleaned after renovations were finished, there was no big debris just wiping down surfaces and cleaning floors, windows, light shades. The floors were left with a cover of grit and were sticky so that I actually had to mop all of them again myself. The windows were only partially cleaned, with dust on the sills in the corners. The light shades - which is specifically asked be cleaned - were cleaned on the outside, but they explained to me that they couldn’t remove the fingerprints from the inside. My first suggestion is that no one ever use this company for cleaning anything. We are moving into a new home and wanted the kitchen and bathrooms cleaned. We ordered a new stove so that and the refrigerator did not have to be touched. We were quoted two hours with two people max. I honestly thought that was over by a half hour. They arrived early and tried to charge us for wait time. We arrived on time. They barely cleaned it was more like your kid trying to help. Think dusting not cleaning. One of the staff was on her phone constantly. We called to complain and were told she is taking an English class. Are you kidding me, what does that have to do with getting the job... read full review
