The best gym I have attended in Connecticut. Staff are courteous, professional, and extremely accommodating. Price reflects the quality of service and attentiveness to customers wants and needs. Highly recommend if you are looking for a high end gym, with a great community feel.

I've really enjoyed attending the pelvic floor muscle classes. I've tried many avenues to increase the strength of my pelvic floor muscles but nothing seemed to work. Mactivity hits me in all the right spots while keeping things tight in the process. The experience I received was magical and transformative. I can now return to my career with confidence as an adult film star. I'd like to thank everyone involved with the process. My pelvic floor muscles perform higher than they ever have had in the past.

Such a fantastic gym! Yesterday, somehow my AirPods fell (in their case) bounced inside the stair stepper machine. Andrew (awesome employee!) fearlessly sacrificed his arm to reach back into the stair stepper and retrieved the case, and buds individually. Thanks for going above and beyond the call of duty!
