Very friendly. Excellent service and they were very gentle with my natural hair which I appreciated. Not many braiders are gentle. Had knotless boxbraids done and they look beautiful.
I've been going here since I was 14yr old and im 29 now Fatu and her sister has been slaying my braids for as long as u can remember... I go nowhere else to get my braids in New Haven I always go back and if I ever had a problem she will fix it pronto...
