Cornell Scott- Hill Health Center of 150 Sargent Drive New Haven, CT

Everytime I leave I don’t have all the documents they were supposed to print. I have to keep calling I’m furious. I’ve never had a doctor do that and this the second time this Cornell Scott has done this.

I have a wonderful family doctor at this health center who is exceptional.But my experience at the women's health center in this facility was horrible. There was complete lack of respect to me as patient from some of the staff. I would not recommend any woman to go here for care.

Today I had an appointment for my daughter who is due a physical, I was running late because of traffic, my appointment was at 3:15p and I left my home at 2:15p the drive was from Wallingford to Sergeant drive and expressed that I was caught in traffic, upon my arrival the doctor refused to even let us wait until the end of the shift to be seen. I know it is Friday and the doctors want to go home to their families but these providers can show empathy and understand that things happen beyond our control too.
