I recently tried Cornell Scott Hill Health Center in West Haven for some advice and mental health. I am an alienated grandparent which means my daughter and her dear husband have decided to shut me out and keep me from my grandbabies. Don't ask why because there's never a reason good enough. I was a wonderful mother and grandmother until this happened. I now have three grandchildren two of whom don't know me at all. I went to Cornell Scott for help and how to deal with this and because one of the daughters demands is that I have a psychiatric exam. There very rude i called in to refill my prescription the person on the phone would not let me explain to her what I was going to do for my prescription pick up she cut me off told me what she wanted to do then hung up on me didn't let me the patients talk at all.
worst support staff ever. If you call, you will deal with poorly trained people, you will be shuttled around from clueless person to clueless person, and you will be left on hold forever. Good Luck
